One of the most historically significant buildings at South Farm, the Horse Barn was originally home to the eight shire horses that worked the farm. Adjacent to the Tudor Barn the newly converted space will now provide couples with a stunning additional room to add to the varied choice of venue spaces already at South Farm.
The Horse Barn offers;

- A designated dancing and evening celebration room
- A comfortable lounge space in the evening if couples prefer to host evening dancing within the Tudor Barn

Conservation and design have been the key principles governing the conversion;
- The 200 year old cobbled stable floor has been restored to its original condition and is dramatically down-lit
- Above it a stunning designer dance floor of transparent non-slip glass has been suspended
- Outstanding original beams and timbers have been preserved throughout
- Original mangers for the eight shire horses line the two sides and have been restored, down-lit and topped with frosted glass
- The great beamed gable separating the Horse Barn and Tudor Barn has been imaginatively glazed to create a dramatic window between the two spaces revealed at the touch of a button
- Leading edge lighting designers have installed an impressive and versatile matrix to suit every mood and occasion
New Facilities immediately adjoining the Horse Barn include;
- Spacious ultra-luxurious ladies lavatories with plush seating and mood lighting
- Ultra-luxurious spacious men’s loos with mood lighting
- Fully compliant, easy access disabled facility doubling as Bridal Bathroom
- Deluxe dedicated bathrooms for Romany Caravan guests
- Additional bathroom for guests camping
- Improved accessibility to venue facilities from Tudor Barn

- No need now to cross the Courtyard to reach the loos!
