Looking for Cambridgeshire wedding venues that clearly outline their costs so you can keep track of your expenditure? We’re happy to provide all our detailed pricing below. If you’d rather we do the hard work, fill in our quote form or arrange a visit and we’ll help you build a wedding package just right for you. All wedding parties at South Farm hire the entire property on an exclusive basis for the day.
Special Offers Bespoke Pricing Packages
Prices apply for all bookings until the end of 2020. For 2021 there is a 3% increase on all prices. Weddings at South Farm are priced on a very flexible bespoke basis according to your requirements with the exception of our special mid-week offers which are fixed packages.
The main elements of the pricing are the Venue and Ceremony fees, Food costs and Drinks. There are also a few optional other services such as garden games, croquet and our wonderful ice cream tricycle. Please note that we do have a minimum spend requirement which applies to the Food costs excluding VAT and like the Venue fees this varies significantly depending upon the time of year and day of the week.

Our Special Packages provide couples with excellent value for money. All you need to do is ask close friends and family to come to our beautiful farm location on a weekday. And let’s be honest if they really loved you it won’t be a problem and they will be giving you the best wedding present!
By streamlining the planning and arrangements and discounting our overheads we are able to offer exceptional savings while still giving you the intimate wedding venue of your dreams. Located at the most popular venue in Cambridgeshire on an exclusive basis with fabulous food and exceptional service, compromise does not have to be an option! And while we plan your big day you can sit back and think what you can use the savings for – maybe the honeymoon you always wanted!

Packages are available Monday – Wednesday excluding bank holidays up to a maximum of 100 day guests. Prices stated are for bookings until the end of 2020. Prices for 2021 are subject to a 3% increase, 2022 are subject to a 6% increase. Packages do not include menu tasting (these are included in bespoke weddings only).
Wedding Packages Includes:
- Civil Ceremony in the Old Dairy or Horse Barn (excludes Registrar’s fees)
- 1 glass per person of either Sparkling Wine, Bucks Fizz, Elderlinis, Mulled Cider or Mulled Wine for drinks reception
- 14 bottles of House Wine with meal (20 bottles for the 60 guest package)
- 1 glass per person of House Sparkling Wine for toasts
- Wedding Breakfast consisting of a Hot Buffet followed by a Medley of Desserts in our Tudor Barn
- Tea/Coffee served in the Old Dairy following your meal
- Evening food of Bacon Butties / Crusty Baguettes
- Dance Floor laid in the Tudor Barn or Dancing in the Horse Barn
- Bridal Suite
Additional prices:
- £85 per person for each extra all day guest (maximum 100 day guests)
- £40 per person for each extra child all day guest
- £14 per person for each extra evening guest (evening guests cannot exceed your number of day guests)
Additional extras or upgrades such as canapés or drinks can be added and are charged at our standard rate.
