Our Lamb & Hog Roasts are quite a spectacle! Carved by our Chefs and served by our waiting staff from a banqueting table at the rear of the Tudor Barn the service offers a relaxed experience for all. Your Event Manager will invite each table up to the buffet one at a time so service flows perfectly. We have a minimum of 50 guests for this option and guests are welcome to come back for a second helping! If you prefer not to have the lamb or hog on display that’s no problem, our chefs will carve in the kitchen.
