Our Lamb & Hog Roasts are quite a spectacle! Carved by our Chefs and served by our waiting staff from a banqueting table at the rear of the Tudor Barn the service offers a relaxed experience for all. Your Event Manager will invite each table up to the buffet one at a time so service flows perfectly. We have a minimum of 50 guests for this option and guests are welcome to come back for a second helping! If you prefer not to have the lamb or hog on display that’s no problem, our chefs will carve in the kitchen.

Hog Roast
We serve a Hog Roast like no other using our own free range, grass fed pigs. The flavour is fantastic, delicious melt in the mouth meat. We slowly roast the Filipino way, basted throughout to achieve the very best all over golden crackling.
Hog Roast is served with:
