Jane Turner is a choreographer and dance teacher with huge experience and knowledge in the creation of confident dancers and irresistible performances and who insists that during a 30 year career she has yet to meet someone who can’t dance.
Jane’s career highlights include: dancing with the Scala Ballet Barcelona; choreographing Showgirls around a swimming pool; performing in the Bond film Goldeneye; TV commercials for clients ranging from the Post Office to Carling; touring her own shows nationally and in Europe with dance company Turning Worlds; leading ambitious community events such as the ‘Strictly Ashwell’ show and the Big Dance with 120 children on a schools’ meadow. She has worked with pop stars and students, business leaders and wheel chair users in all sorts of dance styles from tap to tango.
“We had built this up as ‘the second dance’ to our invited guests, so it needed to be a bit of a showstopper!! Even with this pressure you helped relax us and made the experience enjoyable and fun. Neither Neil or I have ever had any dance instruction, but you were patient, encouraging and worked with what you had like a true professional!! We (particularly Neil at 6ft2) did not feel awkward at all.
We had so many compliments and people still talk about ‘the dance’. Our DJ said it was such a good idea and really added a fun surprise element to the night.
Thanks again” Neil and Caitrin Roskilly, June 2017
