The deep and rich flavour of this South Farm classic is achieved by slow braising tomatoes and red peppers to enhance their natural sweetness and paired with aromatic basil and crunchy focaccia croutons. Red Kuri Squash Ravioli, Basil Pesto, Parmesan Crisp
Freshly made ravioli stuffed with smooth kuri squash filling, finished with aromatic nutty basil pesto and salty parmesan crips and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Our homegrown red kuri squash is in season October – February. Out of season we prepare and freeze the squash filling so you can enjoy this delicious starter all year round!
