If you wish to have canapés at your drinks reception, we would recommend providing three or four canapés per person if you are having a three course menu or up to six if you are having a two course menu. Alternatively, if your menu option includes a starter, you can exchange this for five canapés instead served during your drinks reception.

Our Antipasti canapé selection is a real treat. Served on platters, on a table during your drinks reception, with side plates, cocktail sticks and napkins. The Chef’s selection consists of: Smoked Coppa Salami, Prosciutto, Finocchiona Salami (with fennel), Kalamata Olives, Manchego, Balsamic Onions, Stuffed Rodeo Peppers with Cheese. Courgette Fritti will be added to this menu as a complimentary item when in season (June-Sept) ! Gluten free and vegetarian options available on request
