In October, our General Manager, Becky, and small-holding Manager, Rob, attended the finals of the The Rural Business Awards East Region. We were shortlisted for the Outstanding Rural Diversification Project earlier in the year and we are over the moon to say that we won our category on the night!!
The Rural Business Awards is a fantastic organisation celebrating businesses that have developed from traditional country businesses and we are thrilled to be recognised for our contribution to the rural community.
We have also received a very exciting wedding industry award just last week at the fabulous Four Counties Wedding Awards. For the second year running we are overwhelmed to have won the Best Venue Award, which is a great achievement and one that we are so proud to receive.
The Four Counties Wedding Awards don’t only give our fabulous industry well-deserved recognition, but they also fundraise for the amazing The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation who work tirelessly to organise and fund weddings for terminally ill people. It was a real honour to be there on the evening supporting Naomi and her team.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the amazing couples who have chosen to hold their wedding day at South Farm!! It’s because of you that we do what we do and continually strive to be the best. It’s a massive team effort at South Farm, and we are so proud of every single member of our work family.
