Reception Drinks & Soft Drinks
Celebrate with a choice of reception drinks from Prosecco to home-made Elderlinis, bottled Beer to Bucks Fizz! Or opt for a fruit-filled Pimms with mint and fruit from our garden, like Summer in a glass! For Winter Weddings our Mulled Wine or Cider is a perfect choice – the aromatic scent of fruit and spices will fill the room! If you would like to offer guests a choice we can serve a mix of drinks and we recommend offering a soft drink selection too. Guests love our delicious cocktail list available in the evening!
Not forgetting of course soft drinks – Kilner jars and jugs of refreshing iced water, with lemon and cucumber, are available throughout the day. We also recommend offering your guests some delicious soft drinks to compliment your alcoholic drinks. Our soft drinks are fresh orange juice, fresh local apple juice (from our own apples) and our own sparkling hand-picked elderflower. Soft drinks are tray served during the drinks reception, along with your choice of alcoholic reception drinks. We will happily advise on suggested quantities depending on your guest numbers.
Wines & Toast Drinks
Our extensive wine list includes a range of delicious choices, our five House Wines are a great option or choose a wine to compliment your menu – our entire list of twenty wines includes a great selection of Red, White, Rose and a Dessert Wine. Our range of wines from across the world is sure to offer you a perfect match and includes an organic selection too. We also have two Sparkling Wines, a Prosecco and two Champagnes for you to choose from. If you have a favourite wine that’s not on our list, no problem, we offer corkage for those who prefer to bring their own and we are very happy to suggest quantities and wines to suit your guest numbers and your menus.
Bar Drinks
Our three well-stocked bars in the Tudor Barn, the Granary and the Garden offer a perfect selection of drinks for every part of the day. All three bars serve our most popular drinks with our full range served from the bar in the Tudor Barn, open at your request during the Wedding Breakfast and of course for your Evening Party! Our bar list is comprehensive and there’s something for all tastes, but if there is anything we don’t normally stock we’ll try and get it in for you! Our Garden Bar is the perfect option for an outdoor drinks reception in Summer and after dinner tea and coffee is served from the Granary Bar – its’s a lovely time for guests to mingle in the Old Dairy or take their drinks outside on the Terrace and enjoy the sunset. You can choose to have the bar open or closed at any point in the day and you may wish to run a tab or ask guests to purchase their own drinks – we are entirely flexible and it works perfectly both ways!
