Passion is an overworked word in foodie circles. Shame, because South Farm has it in abundance. We are passionate about growing the very best organic ingredients, cooking them to perfection, serving them with aplomb. “Foodie Greenie” is a nickname we rather like.

Our menu page gives a guide to pricing and some of the different options we offer however we usually find for parties it is best to discuss your requirements and create and quote accordingly.

Fresh and Seasonal

Year round we grow hundreds of varieties, vegetables, herbs and fruit, many exotic, many unusual. Add the brightest yolked free range eggs, home grown pork and sausages, glistening trout from the lake. If anything’s left all manner of conserves result.

Broad Choices

Based on home grown produce we cook modern English Country House, rustic Italian with more than a nod to River Café, plus a broad supporting repertoire from the Orient, Lebanon, Morocco, Spain and the Americas. Delicious canapés, the choice of a luxurious formal menu or scrumptious buffets and anything in between you can conjure up. The evening choices lie between sensible finger buffets, panninis, bacon butties and the ever popular cheese board, plus of course your own delicious Party Cake.

Complimentary Menu Tasting

If you book ahead, during the winter months enjoy our remarkable complimentary wine and menu tasting evenings. Our whole repertoire is on display, to see, to taste and to record. Prepare for no less than 30 exquisite taste sensations. This truly is a “Distinctly Different” evening.
